As a result of the recent events taking place in Israel and Gaza, Virgin Media O2 UK have announced support for customers needing to stay in touch with family and friends.
All calls and texts will be credited from customers within the UK to Israel and Palestinian Authority territories between the 7th to 17th of October 2023.
Virgin Media O2 UK customers who use minutes, texts and data in Israel and Palestinian Authority territories during this period will also be automatically credited for their usage. For Bamboo customers these charges will be reflected in your Bamboo bills.
